Payment Terms

Terms that apply to every payment made on storex.gg.

Accepted payment methods

We accept credit/debit cards, account balance and cryptocurrency. Card payments are processed by a secure payment provider; we never store your full card details.

Prices and currency

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and include the final amount you pay at checkout. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion fees.

Order confirmation

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received. License keys are delivered digitally to your order page and account.

Account balance

Balance top-ups can be used for any purchase on the site. Unused balance may be refunded on request.

Cryptocurrency payments

Crypto payments are confirmed after the required network confirmations. Send the exact amount shown at checkout.

Refunds

Every order is covered by our 7-day unconditional refund. See the Refund Policy.

Fraud prevention

We may ask for additional verification or cancel orders that appear fraudulent; any charged amount is then refunded in full.
